The Nusuk system
Every stage of booking Haj through Nusuk, from creating your account to returning home, and how we look after you along the way.
In 2023 the Saudi Ministry of Haj and Umra abolished private Haj groups for over 50 countries. Pilgrims from these countries can no longer buy a package from a private operator in their own country.
Instead, every pilgrim buys a Haj package directly from a Saudi authorised service provider through the Nusuk platform. This is what is meant by Direct Haj.
Groups like ours still exist and still matter: we work alongside an authorised Nusuk provider so that hujjaj from the Jafferi Madhab travel together, with our own guidance, our own tents in Mina and Arafat, and our own volunteers accompanying them throughout.
Pilgrims resident in the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand all book through Nusuk. We cater for pilgrims from each of these countries.
Your Nusuk account must match your passport exactly, and each pilgrim needs their own account.
Our care in Saudi Arabia
Abbas Datoo has been appointed by our authorised service provider to act as a guide. He in turn appoints a team of sub-guides, so every pilgrim has someone they know and can turn to.
All our pilgrims will be assigned to our guidance and care in Saudi Arabia, provided they follow our instructions before booking and at the time of booking.

These dates are estimates based on last year's timeline with the relevant adjustment for the Hijri dates. The Ministry may change them at any point.
Opening an account does not secure a Haj place. Registration, verification, package availability and a completed booking are separate stages.
Verification is not the same as a confirmed booking. A verified application does not guarantee a place.
